Our promise
Privacy isn't a feature.
It's the point.
The legalese lives in our Privacy Policy. Here's the human version — six promises we'll keep, in plain English.
Last updated · 7 June 2026
01We never read your mail
No scanning for ad keywords, no machine "reading" to build a profile, no humans poking through your inbox. We store your mail so we can deliver it — full stop.
02We never sell you
No ad targeting. No data brokers. No "anonymised" datasets quietly sold on the side. Our only revenue is your subscription, and that's exactly how we like it.
03Your data stays in Australia
Your mailboxes live on Australian servers, under Australian privacy law — not replicated to offshore data centres or shuffled around to dodge jurisdiction.
04You own the domain
The domain is registered to you. Your addresses are portable and permanent — leave any time and take them with you. Ownership is the strongest privacy guarantee there is.
05We collect the bare minimum
Enough to run your account and bill you — and no more. We never see your full card number (our payment provider handles that), and we don't ask for data we don't need.
06We push back
We only hand over data for valid Australian legal process, and we challenge requests that are overbroad or improper. If we're ever compelled, we'll tell you where we're lawfully allowed to.
That's the promise. The binding detail — what we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles — is in the full Privacy Policy.
