Why we built it
Email is the master key to your whole life — your bank, your government logins, your password resets. Yet most of us run it on a free account that reads our mail to sell ads, ties every signup to a single address, and owns the domain so we can never really leave.
We thought that was backwards. So we built the thing we wanted ourselves: a real domain that belongs to you, a fresh address for every site, a private mailbox for everyone, and a business model that's just your subscription — nothing hidden, nothing sold on the side.
Then we kept going. The same broken deal hits the moment more than one of you shares an inbox — a family hello@, a team support@ — so we built real shared inboxes right in: assign, internal notes, @mentions and triage, flat for families and an honest $10 a seat for teams. Private email and proper collaboration, on one platform you own — not two subscriptions to two companies who'd both rather you were the product.
What we believe
You should own it
Your domain is registered to you. Your addresses are portable and permanent — keep them with us or take them anywhere.
Privacy by default
We don't scan, profile, or sell. We collect the minimum to run your account and nothing more — and we host it all in Australia.
No nonsense
Plain-English pricing: flat for individuals and families, simple per-seat for teams. No add-ons, no asterisks, no dark patterns at the cancel button.
