Do you really never charge per seat?
Correct. Family is one flat price for the whole household with unlimited mailboxes, and every Business size includes unlimited mailboxes. You scale on volume and support, never on headcount.
What counts as a "mailbox" vs an "alias"?
A mailbox is a real inbox a person logs into. An alias is just another address that delivers into a mailbox (newsletter@, bank@…) — aliases are unlimited on every plan, plus full catch-all.
Is the domain really included?
Yes — your first domain is on us and registered to you. Want more, or to bring one you already own? Family and Business support unlimited domains.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Move up as the family or team grows, or down if you don't need it. Annual plans are billed yearly and work out to two months free.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your domain — it's registered to you, so your addresses don't evaporate. See our billing & refunds page for the detail and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
