How does each plan get priced?
Personal ($5/mo) and Family ($15/mo) are flat — one price, unlimited mailboxes, no headcount maths. Business is honest per-seat at $10/user/mo: you're billed for the active users on the account, and you can add or remove seats any time.
Why is Business per-seat now?
Because that's the honest way to price a tool a whole team logs into and works from all day. We'd rather be straight about it — and at $10/user we're still roughly 3.5× cheaper than Front (A$35+/user), and we actually host your email.
What counts as a "mailbox" vs an "alias"?
A mailbox is a real inbox a person logs into. An alias is just another address that delivers into a mailbox (newsletter@, bank@…) — aliases are unlimited on every plan, plus full catch-all.
Is a domain included?
Family includes your first domain free, registered to you. Personal and Business are bring-your-own — connect a domain you already own, or register one with us. Family and Business both support more domains; Business is unlimited.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Move up as the family or team grows, drop down if you don't need it. Annual plans are billed yearly and work out to two months free.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your domain — it's registered to you, so your addresses don't evaporate. See our billing & refunds page for the detail and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Which plan has the collaboration features?
Family includes full shared-inbox collaboration for the household — a shared inbox, @mentions, thread sharing, cross-inbox, notes and assignment. Business adds the full team toolkit on top — statuses, snooze, tags and the REST API — across unlimited mailboxes.
